Blow Molding Technician will perform the entire changeover process from mould/tooling/head removal to mould/tooling head installation, changeover of all downstream equipment, material/resin changes, and startup of the machine in a safe manner. This position is responsible for maintaining the product’s quality while meeting the established production goals to ensure on-time shipments.

Inspect products for surface defects and flaws

Read specifications to determine setup and prescribed temperature and time settings.

Ensure conformance to specifications

Eliminate production of defective parts and products

Regulate moulding temperature, volume, pressure, and time

The proper startup, in-process support, and shutdown of all production job

Provide break coverage for the packers
